Who do I contact to have a broken or missing garbage or recycle bin replaced?

Submit your request through My Hoover Connect. Carts are owned by the garbage company and they are responsible for repairs and for replacing any damaged carts.  We will enter a request for new carts or replacement carts for you.   Email us at myhooverconnect@hooveralabama.gov or call us at (205) 739-7311 as well and we will assist you in entering a request.
