Summary of Proclamation regarding City of Hoover curfew:

All items must adhere to COVID-19 restrictions.

Things you cannot do between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.:

1. Hold or participate in any demonstration, parade, march, or vigil, on any of the public ways or upon any public property.

Things you CAN do between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.:

1. You can travel to get medical treatment and travel back home after receiving treatment.
2. Child custody agreements can be adhered to.
3. Stores and restaurants are not required to close.
4. You can travel to and from stores and restaurants.
5. Organized sporting events, activities and practices are not required to cancel.
6. Travel can be made to and from organized sporting events, activities, and practices.
7. Churches are not required to close.
8. You can travel to and from church.
9. Schools are not required to close.
10. You can travel to and from school.
11. You can travel to and from weddings.
12. You can travel to and from funerals.
13. You can travel in and out of the City.
14. You can travel to and from your home.
15. You can travel to and from work.
16. You can travel to and from your house, etc. to exercise within your communities, at the gymnasium, or at a park before the park closes.
