RecDesk Registration Instructions
- Enter your User Name (your household identification number).
- Enter your password (your Zip Code in our database as of May 1, 2007).
- Click "Sign In".
- To register for an activity, select the "Shop" option on the left sidebar and then select "Activity Enrollment."
- Enter the six-digit Activity Number and the two-digit section number of the desired activity/program.
- Select the family member that you wish to enroll from the "Family Member to Enroll" pull-down box.
- Please tell us how you found out about the class for which you are enrolling by selecting from the "How did you find out about this class?" box.
- Click on the "Add to Cart" icon.
- Read the Disclaimer and choose "Yes, I agree."
- Now the system will display a decision box. Click on "OK" to register for another activity (Go back to step #4), or click on "Cancel" to proceed to checkout and step #10.
- First, the system will allow you to review all of your registration selections. If you are satisfied with your selections, then click on "Proceed to Checkout."
- Enter your 16-digit credit card number with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your four-digit expiration date (e.g., 0506 for May, 2006)
- Review your billing information and click on the "GO" button to begin the payment authorization process.
- Next review the on-screen warning, click the "Continue" button, You must wait until your receipt appears before trying to navigate in your browser.
- Click the "OK" button to view a copy of your receipt.
- Your receipt should appear in your browser and you can print (printer icon) and/or save (disk icon) your receipt for your records.
- Once you have closed your receipt, your transaction is complete and you can select from 3 options: "Back to our home page", "More Shopping", or "Finished."

- Enter your User Name (your household identification number)
- See where to find your Household ID # on a previous receipt.
- Enter your password (your Zip Code in our database as of May 1, 2003).
- Click "Sign In".
- To pay an existing balance, select the "My Account" option on the left sidebar and then select "Pay Old Balances."
- You will see a listing of all of the classes for which you owe. Just click on the shopping cart icon next to the activity for which you wish to pay.
- Now the system will pop up a decision box. Click on "OK" to pay for another activity (Go back to step #4), or click on "Cancel" to proceed to checkout and step #7.
- First, the system will allow you to review all of the payment selections that you have made. If you are satisfied with your selections, then click on "Proceed to Checkout."

*Generally, any household that has signed up for an activity, rented a facility, or had a Recreation Center membership with the Hoover Parks and Recreation Department since January 1, 2003, will have an account in our database. If you are unsure whether you are in our system, please call 205-444-7777 and ask one of our staff members.
