Healthy Habits
This is a fitness program for high school students and young adults that focuses on introducing a healthy lifestyle. Activities include weight training, cardiovascular workouts, and healthy eating habits. Healthy Habits is offered during the in two, three-week sessions during the summer months.
This program is only available during the summer.
